AYVAN ONE — Returns and refunds

AYVAN ONE is a limited preorder edition. The first edition is limited to 30 pieces across three colors.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, subject to mandatory legal exceptions. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To request a return, email ayoubaakram59@gmail.com with your order number and request. Return the item unused, clean, undamaged, and with its original packaging. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We will refund the returned product and the standard outbound delivery cost, where applicable, using the original payment method. We may wait until the product is returned or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, as permitted by law.

Preorder cancellations

Production is planned to begin after the 72-hour preorder window closes. You may contact us before production begins to request cancellation. After production begins, any cancellation or refund request will be handled under the applicable consumer rules and the rights described above.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at ayoubaakram59@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will work with you on the appropriate remedy under applicable law.
