Order processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may vary by product, supplier or fulfillment location. The estimate shown at checkout is the applicable estimate for your order. Weekends, public holidays, carrier delays and customs processing may affect delivery times.

Shipping rates

France: Standard delivery is €7.99 and is estimated at 3–5 business days. Standard delivery is free for orders of €65 or more. Express delivery is €10.99 and is estimated at 1–2 business days.

European Union: Standard delivery is €22 and is estimated at 3–5 business days.

International: Standard delivery is €29 for destinations available at checkout and is estimated at 3–5 business days.

Customs and tracking

Any customs duties or import taxes charged by destination authorities are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Tracking details will be sent when available.
