AYVAN ONE — Shipping policy

AYVAN ONE is a limited preorder edition produced and dispatched from Pessac, France. The first edition is limited to 30 pieces across three colors.

Preorder production

Production is planned to begin after the 72-hour preorder window closes. Estimated dispatch is 6–8 weeks after the preorder closes. This is an estimate; if production is delayed, we will contact affected customers with an update.

Delivery after dispatch

France: Standard delivery is €7.99 and is estimated at 3–5 business days. Standard delivery is free for orders of €65 or more. Express delivery is €10.99 and is estimated at 1–2 business days.

European Union: Standard delivery is €22 and is estimated at 3–5 business days.

International: Standard delivery is €29 for the destinations available at checkout and is estimated at 3–5 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, or customs processing. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination authorities are the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise. Tracking details will be sent when available.
